Louisiana-born Marion “Little Walter” Jacobs arrived in the Windy City in 1945 and swiftly made a name for himself as an innovator of the amplified harrmonica in order to compete with the electric blues guitar. His allegiance with the Muddy Waters gang has now drawn him to the attention of the Chess brothers, who are impressed by his powerful singing voice as well as that devastating mouth harp!
