In addition to bonus tracks from Bill Carter and the Carolina Drifters, the CD includes all rockers from Clyde Arnold and Ray Smith, among others, that have appeared on the Indio label .
Bill Carter was rediscovered by Mark Lee Allen , who interviewed him several times and wrote the booklet introduction.
