This 45 was Cookie’s first and comprises two stunning Soul Rockers.

Try Love, has a spooky sound indicating sadness and defeat but Cookie’s magnificent roaring voice tells us she is is not beaten, she roars with confidence.

Hot Dog is another fabulous track, Cookie and the band lean into a more Rock n Roll / RnB feel here and I can easily see that this 45 will have people arguing over which side they prefer.

No wonder the orignal of this is so sought after.
