STEVE HOOKER – SADIE BROWN / TIGHTROPE – PIMPHOUSE 45

It is always great to get a new item from Steve – the Rockabillyblues and Soulman. I guess most of you will know his pedigree, playing, touring and recording since 1977, always mixing up genres and creating his own sound. On this latest 45 Steve carries right on doing this with his Stripped Down Stomping Band. On the vocal side, Sadie, we have Folk Devil Blues and on the instrumental flip we get a powerhouse Blues Stomp. Two terrific tunes full of energy, aggression and menace, everything Rock n Roll should have but so rarely does nowadays.
