BO DIDDLEY – DON’T LET GO / DEAREST DARLING – CHECKER 45

First time on 45 for the top side of this 45 taken from Bo’s second album, Go Bo Diddley.  It is crazy that all the “obsure” Bo tracks are equal to the massively revered well known one’s.  I love the start, it is like Bo and the gang just live in the studio playing and some one just hits record.  The flip is an alt take of Dearest Darling with more urgent vocals and a superb Bo scat over that crazy hypnotic riff that is not on the released version.   (The studio talk at the start of the video below is not on this 45.)  On red vinyl and limited press.
