DON AND DEWEY – BABY GOTTA PARTY / GOOD MORNING / SWEET TALK / HEY THELMA – SPECIALTY 45

Wow wow wow. Don and Dewey with four tracks that were not released at the time of recording.  These sound like they ay be rehearsal or run through takes as the full Specialty brass is not in the studio but that does not detract from the wild rock n roll feel that the duet and the backing band generate.   The EP kicks off with a storming fast paced rock n roller with D&D n full voice and they give label  mate Little Richard a real run for his money.  The next two tracks are taken at a less frantic pace in but move along with a couple of fine grooves.   The last track is a style all their own, a low pace rock n roll number with guitar and drums to the fore.

These tracks have never been avail on 45 before and are presented here in great sound quality on this limited edition pressing in a great full colour sleeve.
