Atomicat Records’ seasonal albums take a different musical approach with Hillbilly Devils and Demons, Atomicat (ACCD125), and the twenty-eight songs from the years 1949 through to 1963 are classic titles from the dark and demonic vaults of a bygone era. The album is crammed with rural intensity combined with a human horror approach with odes to, ghost trains, apparitions, personal demons of the country folk, alcohol and narcotics, and the devil known as love.
